Einführung von Swift 100R am Flugplatz LOLS
Am Samstag, den 21. März 2026, findet am Flugplatz Schärding-Suben (LOLS) die offizielle Einführung des bleifreien 100-Oktan-Kraftstoffs Swift 100R für Österreich statt. Ihr habt an diesem Tag die Möglichkeit, euch umfassend über die technische Umstellung von Avgas 100LL auf die bleifreie Alternative zu informieren.
Programmablauf
10:00 Uhr: Eintreffen der Teilnehmer Ankunft und Begrüßung der Fly-In Gäste.
11:30 Uhr: Fachvortrag im Flugplatzrestaurant Dr. Thomas Albuzat (Geschäftsführer Swift Fuel) und Martin Bollinger erläutern die technischen Spezifikationen, die Zulassung mittels STC sowie die Verfügbarkeit von Swift 100R in Europa. Im Anschluss findet eine offene Fragerunde statt.
13:00 Uhr: Networking und Verpflegung Gelegenheit zum Austausch und zur Besichtigung der Tankanlage.
14:00 Uhr: Praktische Anwendung Die Experten stehen für Detailfragen zur Kompatibilität mit euren Motorentypen zur Verfügung.
Hinweise zu eurer Flugplanung
Um euch eine sichere Rückreise bei Tageslicht zu ermöglichen, ist das Ende des offiziellen Teils für 15:30 Uhr angesetzt. Dies garantiert euch ein Zeitfenster von mindestens zwei Stunden vor Sonnenuntergang für euren Rückflug.

Introduction of Swift 100R at LOLS airfield
On Saturday, March 21, 2026, the official introduction of the unleaded 100-octane fuel Swift 100R in Austria will take place at Schärding-Suben airfield (LOLS). On this day, you will have the opportunity to learn all about the technical conversion from Avgas 100LL to the unleaded alternative.
Program schedule
- 10:00: Arrival of participants Arrival and welcome of fly-in guests.
- 11:30: Technical presentation in the airport restaurant Dr. Thomas Albuzat (Managing Director of Swift Fuel) and Martin Bollinger explain the technical specifications, STC certification, and availability of Swift 100R in Europe. This will be followed by an open Q&A session.
- 13:00: Networking and catering Opportunity to exchange ideas and tour the fueling facility.
- 14:00: Practical application The experts will be available to answer detailed questions about compatibility with your engine types.
Notes on your flight planning
To ensure you have a safe return flight during daylight hours, the official part of the event is scheduled to end at 3:30 p.m. This guarantees you a time window of at least two hours before sunset for your return flight.
